UN Portable Butt Welder
The UN portable butt welder provides consistent pressure distribution with a high output current. The device is energy saving and enables fast welding speeds with good welding quality. This welder is commonly applied for the welding of metal wires, rods, panels, and other specially shaped metal products. It is especially suited for welding reinforcing bars or other seamless welding jobs.

1. Vertical pneumatic clamp and pneumatic command lever enable accurate and draw-resistant butt welds
2. Unique structure with high strength. A track carriage guide with two axes boasts high accuracy and wear- resistance, providing running stability to achieve consistent joint quality.
3. High secondary volts and microcomputer constant pressure control system for the precise control of the welding time and welding current
4. High Si content electrical steel sheets allows large current output and is helpful for energy conservation and environmental protection
5. Chillers at temperatures exceeding the dew point can be set to avoid internal sweating of the machine’s transformer and silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), preventing electrical shorts.
