The DN bench type spot/projection welder is widely used for numerous welding process and features reduced installation costs. A standard spot weld with a current path directly through the workpiece between opposing electrodes can be achieved using this resistance welding machine. It operates with lead-free soldering technology, making it an eco-friendly joining method. In compliance with ROHS/SGS standards, this welder delivers excellent temperature tolerance, making it suitable for strategically placed small spot welds.

Features

1.   Solid structure with high strength. High structural rigidity of the welding machine arms, holders and inline bearings can insure positive alignment, minimal deflection and reduced friction.

2.  Fast electrode response for quick welding. Electrodes are equipped with speed control valves, shock absorber for end of stroke and air discharge silencers to minimize the noise.

3.  Insulation protection for safety. Low-friction air cylinder is insulated from the electrode body to ensure heavy duty performance and a long working lifetime.

4.  Welding power sources maximizes energy savings. Water-cooled resistance-welding transformers and silicon controlled rectifiers for checking the correct diode clamping force.
